SHIPPING

When Will You Ship My Order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing time is 3-5 business days, depending on product design and style.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can also be found in your order information. Logistics information will be updated in 1-3 business days after shipment.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. You can learn more about our shipping policy.

Will I Need to Pay Duties and Taxes?
We don't charge any taxes. But you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country.

RETURN & REFUND

How Can I Return/Exchange An Item?
First, please contact us via email at care@swimzee.com within 30 days of receipt to apply for a return, provide the order number, and explain the reason for the return. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email. At last, pack the package with the original packaging and mail it out.

Are there any conditions for free returns and exchanges?
1. Within 30 days of receipt
2. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, and must have all original tags/package attached.
3. Please do not send the return to the sender's address on the package, you must use the return address we provide.
4. You need to submit a return and exchange request to customer service, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy the return and exchange.
5. The tracking number is required once you send items back.

Do You Provide Shipping Labels?
We do not provide shipping labels on returns/exchanges. And return shipping costs are on your side.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Money Back?
The refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the return package, and it might take 3-7 business days for the bank to process the transaction.

Do You Refund The Shipping Fees?
The freight is charged by a third-party logistics company. The original shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded (if any).

Why Was My Payment Unsuccessful?
Reasons for payment failure: using a payment method that we have not opened; your credit card has expired or has insufficient credit; your credit score is low; incorrect information has been entered; using an older version of the browser, etc.
